Chef Vernon will meet your culinary needs. Vernon specializes in preparing Caribbean cuisine, Jamaican delicacies, and international dishes. He also caters to vegan, kosher, and vegetarian diets. Please let Vernon know if you have any specific dietary needs. The kitchen staff will purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, lobster, beef, or chicken based upon your daily requests.
