Villa Ronai was built and developed in the 1940s by Arpad and Anna Ronai, a Hungarian couple who moved to Jamaica after the Second World War. The property was acquired by Kingsley Cooper, Chairman of Pulse Investments Limited and 38-year-old Pulse Model Agency, in 1993 who restored it to its former glory.
