AmCham Jamaica is affiliated to the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America (COCUSA) in Washington DC, the largest federated business organization in the world, with offices in 116 countries.

It is also a member of the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean American Chambers of Commerce, AACCLA and works closely with the Government of Jamaica, to facilitate investment and trade.
