It all started when Courtney Wilson (Founder and CEO) and his colleague Ricardo Dowry (Co-founder and Director of Operations) saw small businesses and startups struggling to find quality customer service on a budget. Both Courtney and Ricardo already had many years of experience working with large call centers, naturally, they decided to use their years of experience working with fortune 500 companies to solve this problem.
