Rivi Gardner & Associates is one of Jamaica’s most experienced architectural firms, founded in January 1974.

 

Our ultimate goal is to create architecture that blends into its environment, inspires and motivates its inhabitants. We also seek to contribute to creating a beautiful structure that is timeless, extraordinary and completely unique.

 

For over forty years, as principal of Rivi Gardner & Associates, Rivi has designed and managed the construction of a variety of projects, ranging from commercial to residential.

 

From a commercial standpoint, the well-known Guardian Life Centre Building in New Kingston and the Audi Showroom on Oxford Road are just a few of the buildings Rivi Gardner & Associates have constructed.

 

The firm has also worked with the Jamaican government on the rehabilitation and construction of new Schools, Courthouses, Health Centres and Police Stations across the island.

 

Some major hotels such as Negril Gardens Hotel and Sea Splash Hotel in Negril, El Greco in Montego Bay, Runaway Bay Heart Hotel and Breezes Runaway Bay in St. Ann are also in Rivi’s portfolio. He also worked in partnership with Sant and Associates on the five star, 360 room hotel on the south coast of the island called Sandals Whitehouse.

 

He also collaborated with Birk Hillman consultants on The Sangster’s International Airport Terminal in Montego Bay, Air Jamaica terminal and Air Jamaica’s First Class Lounge at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
