As Recruitment Officer of an American owned fertilizer manufacturing company, she from time to time experienced difficulty in recruiting suitable candidates to fill vacancies which became available within the organization. Jamaica’s economy was then vibrant, and the job market lucrative.

 

She made a bold step, resigned her job and started Placement and Business Services Ltd.

 

The company became an instant success as businesses embraced the opportunity to delegate the hassle and time consuming task of staff recruitment.
