The company currently employs 24 staff members to include Managers, Sales Representatives, Technicians, Clerks and ancillary workers.

The five Technicians have had years of experience with the company in the related field and while some are kept in-house others are deployed to do on-site visits. We repair and service all equipment sold, however service is not confined to only products sold by the company.

We presently operate with five vans and 1 delivery truck, as we deliver and service island-wide.

 

The Sales Representatives span all parishes providing sales and service of all products that is sold. The Montego Bay branch specifically services the surrounding areas which extend as far as Ocho Rios.

C.B. Machine Service Co. Ltd. are representatives for the following overseas based companies:

Uniwell, CAS, United, HalMark, Epson, Daymark, Nectron, Micro Plus, Sharp, Casio, Jadever, Cash Register Express.
