The Law Firm of Kinghorn & Kinghorn was formed in January 2002 with the vision of securing justice for the nation’s poor in a timely, efficient and compassionate manner.

 

The Firm is owned and operated by Sean Kinghorn and his wife Judy Ann Kinghorn. We have also employed a number of associates throughout the years. Having started with one office in downtown Kingston, we have recently returned to our hometown in Spanish Town, St. Catherine to establish our head office. We have also expanded to Linstead, Old Harbour and St. Anns Bay areas where branches of Kinghorn & Kinghorn are now established. You can visit us at any of our locations. Our branch in Old Harbour is located at Shop # 2, 6 South Street, Old Harbour, St. Catherine. Our branch in St. Ann is located at16 Bravo Street, Shop # 3, Upstairs, St. Ann’s Bay, St. Ann.

In the area of civil procedure, there have been a number of successful landmark cases with some litigants being able to secure justice through substantial judgements.
