The Real Estate Board seeks to become a fully customer focused organization that utilizes modern, efficient and cost effective operational techniques and operates in all three (3) counties; serving its Dealers, Salesmen and Developers, who are fully compliant with the Real Estate (Dealers and Developers) Act and the public.

The Board seeks to operate a profitable market driven, customer focused organization that regulates the activities of real estate practitioners, including land developers, to ensure their professionalism and ethical conduct in conforming with the law to protect the public whilst providing a fulfilling and harmonious staff atmosphere.
The mission of the Real Estate Board is to put in place systems that promote acceptable standards of professional and ethical conduct in the business of real estate and land development in order to protect the mutual interests of all persons involved in such dealings.
