Medi-Rays mission is “Excellence through Service”. We support healthcare as a component of rural life by combining tertiary services in a rural system using primary care, private physicians, local hospitals and other healthcare providers. Our culture vision and purpose is “To improve the lives of our patients and one another”. Our members of staff are compassionate and efficient which includes a Consultant Radiologist, a Qualified Radiographer and a well-trained Medical Receptionist.

 

In January 1998, Medi-Rays Limited took over the X-ray Department of Central Medical Laboratory and expanded it into a multi-diagnostic service operating out of Shops 9 and 10, Carib Arcade, Ocho Rios. A part time service was also offered in Port Maria, St Mary until the floods of 2012 destroyed the equipment.

The Ocho Rios office is located on Main Street just below Pineapple Place and is in close proximity to four Medical Centers and a Medical Laboratory i.e. Central Medical Lab.

We provide service via contracts and informal arrangements for some Hotels and Tourist attractions in addition to the general public at large.
