Alecia Blair Milford (Ali) is one of the top Sugar Artists in Jamaica.

Her interest in cakes started at the head table of her wedding reception in 2009.

She was very excited to see their cake unveiled, but became disappointed, as the details she expected were absent. Both Ali and her husband are Graphic Designers and Photographers, so they are big on details.

At that very moment she challenged herself to learn the craft.
