Improving recycling habits across Jamaica through our Recycle Now Jamaica initiative.

Recycling Partners of Jamaica is a non-profit organization formed as a result of a private-public sector partnership to build and support national awareness of the need to recycle.

And is the designated national recycling entity by the Government of Jamaica.

 

The organization seeks to support the existing recycling industry, increase employment and improve the environmental footprint of local businesses and individuals by engaging in an initiative branded Recycle Now Jamaica.

 

The primary objective is to boost the recovery of PET bottles by 35% of the amount placed on the market by the 3rd year of operations.

This is an estimated recovery of 4,690 tonnes of PET material.

The partners are the Government of Jamaica and the following private sector firms:
