New Levels Decor began operation in 2008 by sisters Selena Hammond Walters and Syreeta Hammond.

The initial focus was on event decor but quickly grew to incorporating rentals as part of the main business of the company.

Presently, the company has added event planning and particularly corporate event planning as part of their service offerings, and are able to supply complete decor and rentals services at the highest level and for any size event.
