D. C. Tavares & Finson Realty Co. Ltd., has been in existence in one form or another since its appearance in 1921 under its first principal David Clement Tavares Sr. In 1955 with the partnership of George Finson it evolved into D.C. Tavares & Finson, and remained so even after his passing in 1984 under the stewardship of Hyacinth Finson (nee. Tavares).

 

Later in the early 1988 D.C Tavares & Finson Realty Co. Ltd., became the operational company and has remained a private firm with the partnership of Mervyn Down our Senior Valuer since.

 

Mrs. Hyacinth passed away in 2015 but the firm continues to uphold the strong values and integrity toward professionalism it started with in 1921 with an eye towards the future and the changing landscape of Real Estate investment in Jamaica.
