Property Dynamics Limited, Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Real Estate Dealers was established in 2004 as an Appraisal, Property Management and Real Estate Company.

Operating with a highly qualified and experienced team of Chartered Valuation Surveyors, the Company is registered with the Real Estate Board as a Real Estate Dealer.

 

The Company has evolved over the years to become one of the leading property Appraisal/Valuation Company within the island with clientele ranging from individual to several of Jamaica’s large financial and mortgage institution and auditing firms.

Our principal area of practice in valuation involve the valuations of multiple legal interest in rural and urban properties and include valuation for purposes ranging from asset and balance sheet valuations through to the valuation of special properties.
