We are a team of personal trainers working closely with our clients to achieve their fitness goals. During your first visit with us, your trainer will spend a few minutes talking to you about your health and fitness challenges, your past experiences in exercising and how we can make it better for you.
Once this is done, we give you a series of assessments. You are weighed and measured, we test your cardiovascular fitness, test your flexibility and assess your strength.
