Fresh & Direct is a marketing and sales company for local and imported produce. The company has however emphasized its focus on local production.

 

Fresh and Direct has been in the produce business for over ten (10) years providing our retailers with fresh produce from our domestic and international markets. But since 2012 Fresh Direct made a commitment to market more of what we produce. And since that commitment we have formed a two subsidiaries, Fresh and Direct Farms and Fresh and Direct Storage.

 

Fresh and Direct Farms: is our local farming entity that has partnered with small to medium farmers to increase their capacity to produce by providing inputs needed to produce while securing a market. Fresh and Direct is committed with working with local farmers and is geared towards increasing our output of fresh local produce by purchasing same from local farmers who are committed to production.

Fresh and Direct Storage: A state of the art storage facility that features the next level of post harvest management in minimizing loss to spoilage and shrinkage. We offer a storage specifically to farmers with a view of increasing the farmers ability to maximize on the profits of his produce without the concern of his hard work lost to spoilage and shrinkages.
