In December 2012, Gruppo Campari , the sixth largest player in the global spirits industry, completed its acquisition of Lascelles deMercado & Co. Limited, parent company of J. Wray and Nephew. Subsequent to this acquisition, J. Wray and Nephew merged with sister company Lascelles Ltd. thereby expanding the line of fine quality products distributed by the company.
