Jamaica's search for the island's representative in The Miss World Pageant has begun. See the ladies, the fashion and the talent on show.

 

The Miss Jamaica World Pageant will include appearances at events such Reggae Sumfest, The grand Independence Gala, the National Senior Track & Field Championships, and others. Look out for the ladies as they visit various attractions, experience tours and other activities.

 

The Pageant will include the hosting of the Elimination Shows in Kingston and the Grand Coronation Show in Montego Bay.

 

Jamaica will play host to the reigning Miss World 2014, Rolene Strauss, along with Julia Morley – the CEO of the Miss World Organization, for the Miss Jamaica World Grand Coronation finals in Montego Bay on August 15

 

The successful queen will represent Jamaica at the Miss world Pageant which is viewed by over 1 billion persons around the globe.
